Orders placed before 12:00PM PST will be shipped out the following business day, unless for special reason the order has to be arranged for the 3rd business day shipment. Division Of KZElectronics.com gladly accepts any unopened package or unpackaged product with no sign of liquid or physical damage for refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all return products, all shipping charges excluded. Exchange due to manufacturer’s defects will be exempt from shipping and handling fees.
